Girls' Day!

Lauren was gone all day yesterday so Marty and the boys and I went to dinner and the movies last night. Lauren decided that today should be "girls' day" so she has planned it all out for us. We began by jumping on the trampoline. Here are a few pictures of Lauren.
And, of course, she wanted to take some of me. I had to include the one where you can't see my face because she couldn't stop laughing after she took it! She is so funny!!
After we jumped for a while, we did a little yard work which consisted of picking up dog poop. Lauren was the poop spotter and I was the poop scooper. Here she is with Happy and Lucky. And the picture on the right, I just thought was cute. I can't believe how grown up Lauren is looking these days.
That's all of the pictures I have so far from today. I think Lauren has decided that we will be scrapbooking and cleaning the rest of the day. I think I may clean while she scrapbooks. I let her use whatever she wants out of my scrapbooking stuff because I never paper scrap anymore so it just sits and collects dust anyway. Here are some pages she made a couple of months ago.
I hope all is great with all of you. We only have 2 more days of classes at work and then winter camps start. I'll be taking off for about a week after Christmas and going to Arkansas. We'll be visiting Marty's family and then staying in a lodge for a night or two and then going to our other gym and taking the staff there out for a Christmas dinner. It should be a good trip.
What music should I play today? I'm just about done with Christmas music already so I'll just play you something I like. Oh, I know ... I'll play The Tragically Hip because I've been listening to their latest CD quite a bit lately. As some of you recall, we have gone to two of their concerts this year. Here we are with some of the band in March.
This is Yer Not The Ocean by The Tragically Hip. This song was so awesome live! And I can't end this without thanking Krista again for getting us backstage passes. You are the best!
