Back To School!

Sorry I have been a bad blogger. (No, Becky, I haven't gone back to my old "blog tease" ways!) I've just been so incredibly busy getting ready for our Fall Semester at work and getting my four kids back to school. All this while trying to get in the last bit of summer fun... But school started yesterday and life should be on auto-pilot soon.

Not much news because of all of the school stuff. I don't even have a new layout to post. This picture was taken Sunday at the Fort Worth Zoo (left to right: komodo dragon, Lauren, Nick, Mackenzie and Austin). Our zoo membership expires at the end of August so we thought we should go one more time. But we didn't stay long because it was over 100 degrees by the time we left. After the zoo, we ate at Pappasito's in Fort Worth. YUM!

I was talking to my friend Maya last night and she commented on the Jack Johnson song I was playing on my blog and she asked if I liked his other songs. Actually, she said ... and I quote ... "By the way, I love that music on your blog. Do you listen to other music by that guy? Jack Johnson, or Jon Jackson, or Jack Jackson or John Johnson or whatever his name is." She cracks me up! But I never answered her question but the answer is yes. So the song today is for you, Maya!
