This is what has been on my mind today. This woman lives only about a mile from me and I actually met her and her baby about 3 months ago when she came to the gym and took a trial class that I taught. Poor baby Alex. He was such a cute little guy.

Wow, you always here about stuff like that on the news but it must be really weird for it to be someone you actually know! So sad . . .
