It FINALLY happened yesterday! BOTH Lauren and Mackenzie decided to give up their training wheels. (They are 6 years old!) Mackenzie has actually been working on it on and off for about a week. He rode all the way down the sidewalk several times on two wheels. Lauren isn't quite as skilled but is really good at falling! LOL! But she can stay up for a few seconds at a time. Seems like I should have had my camera out there but I didn't. We were busy making sure no one killed themselves!Since I didn't take any pictures, I'll just post a recent picture of them together. This was taken on their birthday in May. I'm so proud of them both!
Way to go!!!! I was in 6th grade when I learned to ride a bike. Of course, I was in 6th grade when I finally got a bike!
